Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Muntu, including our web application, APIs, MCP tools, managed sending infrastructure, connected mailbox features, and related services. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using Muntu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Muntu Does

Muntu provides software for outbound email operations, including lead import and enrichment, campaign drafting, campaign sending, reply handling, analytics, workspace automation, connected inbox support, and managed sending accounts and domains. Some features use third-party providers and AI systems. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan, provider, region, workspace policy, and technical readiness state.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your workspace, your credentials, your team members, your agent keys, and the actions taken through your connected providers and inboxes. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.

4. Workspace, Domains, and Mailboxes

You may connect third-party mailboxes or use sending identities provisioned through Muntu. You represent that you have the right to use any mailbox, domain, DNS record, email address, contact list, webhook target, or API credential you submit to the service. You remain responsible for authentication, provider compliance, sender readiness, sender reputation, domain ownership, and the legality of the messages sent through your workspace.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Muntu to send unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unwanted messages; violate anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, export, sanctions, or intellectual property laws; scrape or upload data you do not have the right to use; interfere with the service; bypass rate limits, billing limits, entitlements, or guardrails; or use the service to distribute malware, phishing, fraud, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform, recipients, providers, or other users.

6. AI Features and Automation

Muntu may generate drafts, classify replies, recommend actions, automate sends, and operate workflows using AI systems and rules. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content where needed, deciding whether to enable automation, and ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with law, contract, policy, and recipient expectations.

7. Third-Party Providers

The service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, billing, analytics, email delivery, mailbox connectivity, calendars, webhooks, AI, and domain or sender provisioning. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical limits, and outage conditions. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, API changes, provider enforcement actions, or deliverability outcomes caused by third-party systems.

8. Billing and Plan Limits

Paid features, limits, and usage allowances are governed by your plan and current entitlements. Billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, invoice history, and payment methods may be handled through third-party billing providers. If you exceed plan limits or lose entitlement to a feature, we may restrict or disable that feature without refund except where required by law.

9. Your Content and Data

You retain responsibility for the contacts, campaign content, signatures, uploaded CSV files, reply drafts, mailbox content, prompts, and other data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service, enforce policy, secure the platform, and comply with law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, abuse, billing, provider, reputational, or operational risk, or if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including those concerning payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability, survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

Muntu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, or deliverability. We do not guarantee inbox placement, campaign performance, response rates, domain reputation outcomes, provider acceptance, or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muntu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of Muntu after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
