You must be at least 13 years old to use Muntu. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. Muntu is not liable for any activity that occurs under your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Muntu offers a free version with limited features, and paid subscription plans with enhanced functionality.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Your paid subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@muntuai.com within 7 days of the transaction.
5. License and Restrictions
Muntu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or copy the software
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to access data that does not belong to you
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Muntu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Muntu, you consent to those practices.
7. Service Availability

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You agree to waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Arbitration will take place in a mutually agreed-upon location, or virtually if necessary. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
